  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
